Weekly Meal Plan Ideas: Crowd-Sourced from My Friends!
On Instagram, I love hosting "Asking for a Friend Fridays," where we crowdsource ideas, share tips, and connect over real-life struggles and wins. Last Friday, I asked for your favorite go-to dinner ideas to help us all build our weekly meal plans. The responses were amazing (and drool-worthy), so I compiled them into a weekly format for you. Plus, because pizza makes everything better, I added my favorite — Pizza Friday to round out the week. Let’s dig in!
Weekly Dinner Plan

This one’s easy, hearty, and perfect for a cozy start to the week!

Thursday: Chicken Tortellini Pasta
A creamy dish with chicken, cheese tortellini, artichokes, spinach, and Greek or Italian dressing.
This is a one-pan wonder and can be made creamy or brothy—your choice!
Full Recipe:
1. Sauté garlic and onions.
2. Add Italian seasoning, artichokes, and chicken.
3. Toss in tortellini and cook in chicken broth (for soup) or add cream cheese for a creamy option.
4. Finish with Greek or Italian dressing and spinach.
Friday: Pizza Night!
Make it a tradition with homemade pizza or your favorite local spot.
Pizza Fridays never fail to bring the family together!
Saturday: Egg Roll in a Bowl
All the flavors of an egg roll but in a bowl—ground meat, veggies, and soy-based sauce.
Quick, flavorful, and a great way to use up leftover veggies.
